FORMULA E: BRANSON AND DI CAPRIO BACK IT. 2 VIDEOS
From the high tech, highly creative world of motor racing, Formula E arrives with a bang. Well, less loud and less fast but incredibly inventive and with a truly social purpose: zero pollution, to encourage the electric car market to develop. And it has the official backing of two big names internationally: Sir Richard Branson and the Hollywood artist Leonardo di Caprio have set up teams.
But don’t think the cars are boring, slow and silent. They can go from 0 to 100km/h in less than 2.5s. The most extraordinary aspect of the cars are their efficiency. They claim it has 100% of energy consumption. All the regulations are aimed to make the machines as efficient as possible.
